How do I create an account on Neuness?

Creating a Neuness account is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Click on the account icon in the top right corner of the website.

  2. Select “Create Account”.

  3. Enter your email address and fill in all required fields.

  4. Click “Register” to complete your sign-up.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email. Please check your inbox (and spam folder, if necessary) and verify your email address by clicking the confirmation link.

Once your email is confirmed, you can log in and start shopping.

How do I reset my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can easily create a new one:

  1. Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page.

  2. Enter the email address linked to your Neuness account.

How do I access the Neuness Assistant?

You can open the Neuness Assistant from the homepage, catalogue, or product detail pages by clicking the Assistant icon.

The assistant uses a machine learning-based API to analyse your questions, your previous interactions, and your browsing context on Neuness. It then provides personalized recommendations and suggestions based on your input.
